It is well known that stainless steel is widely used in various fields due to its strong corrosion resistance, excellent physical properties, and bright surface. Such as kitchenware processing, engineering decoration, etc., especially engineering decoration, stainless steel decoration design must be indispensable. The main applications are decorative curtain walls, hall walls, elevator decoration, door and window decoration, etc.
Stainless steel has high toughness, so it is relatively difficult to process. In the process of processing, stainless steel must do many processes to complete the finished product. Common processes such as cutting, bending, electric welding, etc. Among them, laser cutting is the most commonly used processing process.
Laser cutting machine processing has many advantages, such as fast cutting speed, high precision, high efficiency, smooth section, etc., and can be processed into many shapes you want. Therefore, this cutting technology is also the most widely used. Personally, I appreciate laser-cut stainless steel display stands and stainless steel signage products, which are both beautiful and durable.
Here's how it works:
We have all played with bifocal lenses when we were young. It actually uses this principle to form a high-energy light spot by focusing, and then part of it is melted and blown away by the wind. However, this processing technology also has some drawbacks, such as burrs after re-cutting. This is due to incomplete melting of the processing material and incomplete slag blowing during the low blowing pressure process, resulting in burrs. Of course, this is not the only reason, there are several other reasons.
The first point: the deviation of the laser focus caused by the laser cutting machine during the cutting process will cause accumulation on the product, and the product workpiece will not be fully vaporized, the amount of slag will increase, it is not easy to scrape off, and burrs are more likely to occur.
Solution: Adjust the position of the laser focus point and adjust it to the best state according to its offset position.
The second point: the power of the laser cutting machine cannot reasonably vaporize the metal material, resulting in excessive slag inclusions and burrs.
Solution: Check whether the laser cutting machine is working normally; if not, it should be repaired immediately; if it is, please check whether the output value is suitable.
The third point: the cutting speed of the
laser cutting machine is too slow, which destroys the surface quality of the cutting surface and causes burrs.
Solution: Adjust the cutting angular speed immediately to make it reach the standard value.
Fourth point: The purity of the auxiliary gas of the laser cutting machine does not meet the specified specifications, which will also cause burrs in the product workpiece.
Fifth point: The laser cutting machine runs for too long, resulting in unstable equipment and burrs.
Solution: Turn off the laser cutter and turn it back on later to give it a good rest.
