How should you protect your fibre laser cutting machine during the winter months?
If you own a fibre laser cutting machine, your ultimate goal must be to earn more money by using the machine without any accidents. However, there is one key point that should be remembered.
Firstly, you need to know that fibre lasers are delicate and you need to ensure that this critical component is maintained. Our equipment can be kept at normal room temperature, but if the water cooler is kept at a super low temperature, it can be damaged. As a result, the water cooler will not work, which means that the laser generator will burn up due to high temperatures during operation.
The best solution is to add some antifreeze to the water cooler before cooling it down. If you want to stop the machine for a while, I recommend that you drain it until there is not a drop of water in the water cooler. Only then will you be able to keep the machine in proper condition.
